Most Toyota don't have this option as they do reset automatically.................If your idling is not right than there must be a reason...............

1) Check if the Throttle Body is not dirty..............
2) Check if the idler control valve is not sticking.........
3) Check if there is No any intake air leak in inlet manifold side..........
